This low table is hand made from English timbers. The legs are turned cherry; the split top is made from a single piece of ash with a rippled surface.

This dining table in solid elm was commisioned to fit an L-shaped kitchen / dining room where space is at a premium. It provides lots of room for a family of four, and seats eight to ten people when necessary. Three built-in drawers hold cutlery and placemats.
The timber came from the Scottish Borders.

A dressing table with three drawers, in solid European cherry, with Tiptoe metal legs.
The client wanted the drawers to be lockable; I used traditional brass drawer locks and, to keep things simple, the keys double as handles.

A cabinet in walnut and birds’ eye maple.
Commissioned by a client with a large record collection, Strand was made to hold LPs and hifi paraphenalia in an elegant, art deco themed dining room.
It is built to hold considerable weight, while the legs give it an illusion of lightness. Its adjustable feet allow it to be easily levelled.
